Trending @HCL; Would you get blocked if My Profile Generator is not done?

Hi,

Joined HCLTech recently, I keep getting emails if my profile generator profile update is not done in 7 days, may get blocked from accessing everything.

Stuck specifically at Skill Profile System (SPS) it has no documentation on how to operate it and I have no clue on how to move forward.
