Would there be an issue if we accept multiple job offers, reject the others and join only 1 firm?

I've received 3 offers and in the negotiation phase with the 3. I've accepted all the 3 offers but would be joining only 1. My last working day would be 21st Jan. How long before my joining should I let the other firms that I won't be joining them? And any advice what reasons could we mention

You have to tell the HR not to on-board otherwise they will update your UAN in EPFO

I inform them atleast 1-2 weeks in advance if I have a better offer in hand already.

For e.g: I had 7 offers in hand during August (LWD was 18th Aug), I informed 5 HR's that I won't be joining them as I got better offer and I am not interested to rethink on my decision (cause I did not want to join them anyways)

Early intimation that you are not going to join them doesn't attract unnecessary rude/angry calls from HR's.

So, At max I keep only two offers in hand on the day of joining.

Oh ok. Thanks for letting know. Will try to get back to the HR's by Monday with a decision.

If he is calling and asking you means u can tell. Or else if you liked any one of them and if their packages are less then negotiate with them with this. But be careful bcz some hr's will be clever they will put someone and say this candidate not interested. So be careful while choosing words.
