Would tcs consider employee's willingness to adjust their compensation or promotion prospects in exchange for a work-from-home ararrangement

It won't happen unless they add it in policy.

TCS is sick now...it needs complete revival...in coming years you will see it's workforce completly deteriorating...People who want to succeed in life can never be in TCS

It would be better option😂

You can do this arrangement with your manager. But when you change project you will have to rearrange. You may loose your chance for promotion.
