Would it be appropriate to ask HR for an additional 10% increase after already accepting the offer, I feel I could have negotiated more ☹️

If you don't ask, the answer will always be no. Even if they don't give 10% increase, you won't have to live with that regret of missed opportunity. Also you can raise this during your appraisal and mention that you accepted low balled offer and now you are expecting more.

It's true... But scared....what if the offer gets rescinded or they think greedy minded or relation with HM will get bad before joining...that's why hesitating.

As the first comment said. I also was thinking the same. The company initially offered to match the salary with another company. I accepted. 2 days later I thought I should have asked more. I was also in the same boat as you are, but I tried. Guess what? I got the increment, I went from a 30% hike to 60% lol. So I would definitely recommend going and asking. If you don't ask it's always no. And there's no harm in asking.

It's totally appropriate. Tell them you want more. No harm in asking for more, be shameless.
