Worth waiting for Deloitte

Hi all, Cleared all rounds for Deloitte Consultant role, waiting for HR discussion. Recruiter said internal approvals are pending. My LWD in current org is Oct 25. I also have 18 LPA offer from Vitech Systems. Deloitte process is taking long—should I wait for their offer letter or go ahead with Vitech? Any suggestions?
