Worth switching to Indus Towers (Gurgaon) from Chennai

YoE: 4 Role: Sr. Software Engineer (GIS-heavy)

Current: ₹15.65L (basic) + ₹1.8L (variable); CTC 19LPA - at a product-based company with one of the best work life balance.

Offered: ₹18.8L (basic) + ₹3.7L (variable); CTC 24 LPA - at Indus Towers

Roughly a 20% hike on fixed and ~25% on CTC. Same role as current one.

P.S. My hometown is very near to Gurgaon, so that’s a plus.
