Worth joining KPMG

Hi guys,

I've an offer from KPMG and another mid tier consulting firm. I am not sure about KPMG since I've already worked in a big4 and am aware of the culture.

On the other hand the other company is relatively lesser known but the pay is more.

Any suggestions if it's worth joining KPMG solely for the brand ?

Ps- I work in Tech
