They are spying 🔎 us 24/7 with that Sapience tool. Today I received mail to apply for 2 half day Leaves in March because my work hours are 4 hours that day.
Furthermore, I saw some people on bench are receiving video calls and they have to show that they are in the office. Otherwise they have to apply for leave on that day. Day by day it's getting worse here. Till the end of 2023 i didn't find any issue here but nowadays it's getting really bad
Luckily the app was removed from my system like a year ago. But I guess you can manually allocate offline time as well. Are they still harrassing even after adjusting the offline time to meet the minimum requirement?

For me they said to apply half day leave for 17 days even though I have attended office for that days …. And I have applied optional holiday for 29th march that day is also on that mail mentioning apply full day leave for that day 😂😂😂 …. Don’t know konsa maal fuk ke data nikala hai

They aren't taking office time but they are considering Sapience tool time
But i have adjusted the time in sapience tool as well …. Need to get full data from them , after that only I will apply leave for that days

When tried to connect for management support for any concern, upfront they are directing us to HR.
Such a worst management and company I have ever worked with.
CG is my 4th company, but, never have I faced so much of trouble from the management itself.
Check for any Pune/Bombay female resource and maintain good rapo, it will help for sure. That’s how things are being managed here.

You can add offline time, and there is no limit to the offline time. For example if you are doing some mandatory courses provided by them, while watching the videos the Sapience won't track your time as the mouse is not moving. So, its impossible to complete the 7 hours.
And we (bench people) use place spoon(when it is wfh) and paper(in office ) on the mousepad and open some word document. The Sapience will count for this trick. Make use of it. But it is advisable for the people who are in bench only. Otherwise, if in project, other person will get some sensitive info from your system.
I know the tricks but my main point is they shouldn't spy everything we do and there is no need for video calls
