Trending @Accenture; Worst variable pay

To everyone who got promoted in June cycle, wondering whether they will get any hike in this cycle, I have the answer for that, a big NO. Forget about hike, you will get to see the worst variable pay % this time.

I had a call with my people lead yesterday. I got promoted from L11 to L10 in june cycle with 25% hike, plus I got 13.72% variable pay in last cycle. And guess what in this cycle I got just 6.3% variable pay with future predictions as well that don't keep any hopes for next june cycle, you won't get anything that time as well.

I wasn't expecting any hike this cycle anyhow but 6.3% variable pay, is this a joke? He said after promotion, Accenture puts everyone into default category for next 1 year but I got 7.3% variable in my default first year as well. Is baar to bheekh hi mila hai literally!
