Worst units in TCS
Let's discuss about the worst units on TCS, I will go first - BT unit is the wrost I have worked in, old school management, legacy technologies, senseless resource cuts, zero on-site opportunities for youngsters.
Almost all the TCS projects nowadays give no onsite for youngsters 😂. Don't expect onsite as soon as you join. Even experienced people are having struggles getting through.
Y u want to go outside.? Just don't be so greedy..
I'm not an experienced person dude 😂. Even I want to get onsite opportunity. But have seen enough as I have contact into higher ups in TCS. Just giving some good advice as most here just gives false hope of onsite as long as possible. Later they say stay or leave if you ask again. Heard this a lot from new joinees as well as experienced friends.
One of my fellow ILP friend went to onsite. She went to uruguay with less than 3 years of experience
Do u know how much it affects family when somebody go outside India for 2 3 years... people who fall for such things are idiots.... no life there.... nobody talks to them...
It's all a personal choice, if you start doing such stereotypes people won't try new things, won't do anything new, mankind won't progress. Not everyone wants the comfort of home, some people want to achieve things.
99 percent I agree... but companies make u their pawns. People work 5 10 years in same company just to fulfill there dream to go outside.
Even I was in BT unit very worst management in india , huge politics specially from Kolkata team . Luckly I asked for release and got released within 1.5 years
