Worst time of your corporate IT Job

Hired to lead the team, the team went under restructuring, lead became an individual contributor,
6 months passed, and the company was happy with the lead’s work and gave the lead a bonus with a good review. After two days boss texted the lead addressing dissatisfaction with work & performance, and would like to put the lead on PIP for 15 days.
Checked with other leads, same story 🤣
so basically boss was not happy with those people( 10) who were in the system or hired between the 23-24 financial year. 🤣
