Worst thing happened with me today
I am on bench for around 90 days(3 yoe). RMG directly threatened me that if I don't join "DATA ENTRY" project (10 hours night shift with rotational offs) then they'll make sure that I get terminated.
I went to the project evaluation and told them that I am in a technical IT field and I can not do this project, they were okay with it.
But now RMGs.. what do I do with them. I am extremely disappointed at this behaviour and I can not resign as of now 😭
Keep calm and stay focused Don't worry about RMG BECAUSE your yoe is 3 years.find projects with the help of your colleagues and friends don't depend on RMG for project. Learn and upgrade yourself so you won't face the same situation again.

Same thing happened to me yesterday, RMG forced me to join h&m project. They said that if I didn't join this project then they will stop my system and i won't tk able to fill my timesheet, ultimatix 😭😭😭, sadly I join the project and from today I started working for them
This is really disheartening to hear. I understand how irritating it is. The RMGs have no compassion in this company. Please seriously think about resigning and taking another job, even if it's a small scale company but if it's giving you good work then just join there.
Bro Accept the Project and join there, so that you can avoid Termination.
As you have 3 years exp, Right time to get out of here, Brush up your skills and try out side and get a good offer nd Pack.
Every 2 yrs, try to switch and increase your pack.
NOTE to Everyone: While going out, during exit Interview, Say that you are leaving because of only RMG, Hikes, Promotions and VP.
Atleast based on that management may changes after few years and it will Help others who are Staying here.
I can not go for BPS night shift data entry project and then resign.. it will affect my experience letter.
If you want projects in tcs itself, use "exciting opportunities" portal. If you are in general pool, anyone can be able to pull you in their project. If you are unallocated to some IOU, your current IOU RMG has to release you to general pool

what is the reason you can't resign now? what are your current skillset? what kind of project you are looking for? 3 months in bench at this stagr of your career... you need yo learn something relevant and look for job outside
Can not resign because I have plans to travel in may-june. I have already taken earned leaves for the same. I have worked in a data analytics team for 2 years. I will still look for jobs internally as I will not resign atleast until June.
