Do direct mail to your L4 head for Approval + buyout option and keep the manager and HR in cc.. send 2 gentle reminder 3days gap..and if he is not replying then keep his L4 senior in mail or any head of department from hcl and mentioned that it is impacting my mental health in case soneting happened with me then all senior in mail should be responsible ( this should be your last option)

Ask HR for the buyout process

In this you can pay for the basic salary for the rest of the notice period and can get early release

I too had the same issue. My notice is 60 days I said I'll serve 30 days and will buyout the next 60 days where I got approval from manager and L4 now the HR says now the early release is not possible as per leadership guidelines. What can I do I have joining in another company. My manager says you should deal with the HR
