Worst project in Cognizant? Beware
Is there any project team you would alert us not to join at all. If so why?
McD.. Period... They will make u work on weekends without pay and provide comp off. But wtf is a comp off good for if u can't even spend your earned leaves
S&P they are looking for scapegoats not experts
It is up to the individual and their benchmark to decide which is best. Somebody might not be comfortable about a project at the same time. Someone else will be much more comfortable in the same project so it’s individual preference and weightage .
That's the most diplomatic answer that someone can give. In most of the cases, employees shun the projects that need them to work in weekends regularly. Work life balance is one of the most important factors that employees consider and I don't think individual benchmark will even consider that as a positive factor.

VMO2 don't join the project it's shetty as hell there is no innovation at all the client is not at all interested in doing anything new or innovative or different for that matter
