I am on bench and recently gave the interview. I gave good interview, upto 80-90 per cent I gave correct answer . After the interview hiring manager called me that you are selected for non billable role and I am going to mail tmp team for allocation, all location thing was discussed, there was no problem to work from anywhere. I agree with all thing.

After 1 hour, he called me that I can’t take you , getting open odc problems with tmp and account, whatever he give some reason that he can’t proceed. Location problems can easily be solved because location didn’t matter to clients .

I think half of the CTS is falling down because of hiring system, they have good projects but they don’t want to hire anyone easily, playing politics , mismanagement which leads to loss of associate and company both.
