Worst Place to Work – ICICI Bank

ICICI Bank may look like a prestigious brand from the outside, but inside it runs on a toxic and exploitative work culture where employees are treated as disposable. Job security is almost nonexistent, pressure is extreme, and dignity at work is missing. Instead of valuing people, the system relies on fear, harassment, and forced exits. In my view, it is not a place where fairness or humanity guides management decisions, and anyone considering working here should be aware of the harsh reality behind the corporate image.
