Trending @Accenture; Worst People lead.

He called me and he informed me that I got 8% of bonus and no hike this year.and he didn't even know I was promoted a few months back.

Whenever I ping him he will not respond at all.

Set up a fortnightly call with your people lead. That's expected from counselee. It's PL's role to ensure that counselee's issues and challenges get heard
