19moTrending @Capgemini; Worst organisation ever
I joined Capgemini in September 2021 as a React.js developer and have 9 years of experience. Despite receiving client ratings of 3 and 5, I've been placed on a PIP due to not reporting to the office, resulting in no variable pay or promotions since I joined.
Any suggestions as i am thinking to put down the paper.

That would be a good option to put down the paper.
But wherever you will join next , wfo policy will be there and there are very few companies providing wfh.
Capgemini 12 days office policy is better than most of the companies as they are asking resources to come on particular days of the week. So the choice is yours. But anyway for growth you should search for a job.. Negotiation and decision making comes at a later stage.
