
Worst nightmare of my 5.5 years career in TCS
Recently I joined back after maternity leave I am on bench have applied transfer from my base location to nearby home town and am searching for projects. RMG’s are telling me I can report to the new location only for 2 weeks if I don’t get project in 2 weeks I need to report to my base location 😭. Reporting to base location is not possible as my child is 7 month’s old and base location is entirely in different state I cannot leave my child he is very small but RMG’s are not listening. what should I do please suggest.

Are these all even written rules or just brainchild of some random HR team who want to fuck around with employees forcing them to leave !!

File a police case against that individual...they are mighty fcu**rs. Ask that RMG person if they were in ur place what would they do

They will be like its your problem not ours its companie's policy we cannot do anything

I won't recommend filing any police case as of now. TCS wants you to first try to get your issue resolved within TCS itself:
- If they are mentally harassing you, complain about that individual in Ultimatix. But make sure that you are not wrong in any way. Don't give them any chance to blame you.
- You can also go to the higher levels of management. If you involve the seniors of the individual (RMG or HR) in your case, that individual would be scared as hell and then they will talk to you politely.
- You can even go as high as the CHRO.
And remember, IF YOUR LOCATION HAS BEEN CHANGED OFFICIALLY, NO ONE CAN FORCE YOU LIKE THIS TO FIND A PROJECT WITHIN ANY DEADLINE.
These are just RMG Tactics because their promotions are dependent on "YOU getting into a project as soon as possible".
So if you are not wrong in any way, JUST CHILL AND BE POSITIVE.
And do give us an update on what happened 🙂🙂
