I have total 9 yoe in Accenture.I know most of the Accenture policies.Even for me after raising exit request my manager who joined recently to my project is telling me the there is no wbse for me and asking me to exit immediately.What a toxic manager and du.I am just thinking about employees who doesn't know what's going on leadership level.After contributing 9 years to Accenture by working extra time this is what I am getting after all. I am going to escalate this to Hr Manager.If any experienced person can give me suggestions to handle it properly I would highly appreciate it.As per policy we are supposed to serve 90 days.I said ok for 60 days even.

Agree for it only if you don't have to cover the gap with your earned leaves. Oh and one more thing, you will be IP regardless. Forget future employment with Accenture

Raise HR and ethics concern. At least use the BS ethics forum they always boast about.

Ask the manager to cover the 90 days via buyout, let them pay you for an immediate release.

Wow he is good manager he is allowing an immediate release, I wish I could get the same

You can raise a complaint on business ethics search in portal you will get the details as it is short time I would recommend calling the number instead of mail
