Worst management and co to work with
My Personal Experience Not sure how many of you have felt the same, but from what I see, this company is going nowhere with the way the upper management is functioning. There is no aura, energy, or enthusiasm in leadership — most seem laid back and indecisive. The bigger concern is that many in top management have never experienced the outside world, as they have been with the company since the start of their careers.
This limited exposure reflects in their decisions (or lack thereof), and unfortunately, experienced talent is leaving the ship. Still, many employees and their families depend on this company for their livelihood, which makes it even more important for leadership to take sensible and bold steps toward revamping the culture and strategy.
I genuinely hope things change for the better.

"Never experienced the outside" - that's the main problem

Dumb people are sitting at top. TCS currently need someone from chief Architect hierarchy to lead the organisation .

Agree with you!
