I think I am slowly falling into depression because of my hostile work environment. I was on bench last year and they had put me in pip . After clearing the pip , again with in three months they have put me in pip which has been conveyed to me now . I have been trying to get the reason as to how this is happening and how come my previous results were not conveyed. Hr told that bench manager has rated me . I have been asking my previous bench manager as to what was the reason she has put me in pip again to which she clearly denies she did not rate me. No one properly communicates here !!!!! Again and again they question my employability even though I am in a billable project.
