Can’t take more than 5days leave together in a month. No WFH

7SL 7CL max 3 together privilege leave 1.5 per month can be taken 5max at once
Sounds like a shi**y company to work at.
Exit it at first possible opportunity.
Is it m2p? I've seen many Chennai based companies having these kind of toxiccc policies in place

How big is the company? Is it a small team where if you are away for more than a week, then a major lag in development happens?
Policies are relative to how high the stakes are. If this case is for a company that has ample engineers & bench strength etc, or at least a company making good profits, then it's shitty.
