Worst leads at TCS
I have been working with TCS for 3 years and have noticed that people really need to be groomed here. Every single person here including testers, leads, juniors, newcomers misbehaves even if we keep good faith in them. Such a sh*t place.
If you think TCS is a "sh*t place," maybe it's time to move on. Complaining won't change anything. Be the change or find a place that suits you better.
Yeah, already started
On the contrary, I was trying genuinely to understand as a team lead I can be better. I have a similar situation where i wanted people to grow and learn new things by giving them the flexibility in working Hours. Someone complained to my managers boss that I am talking shit about his best friend. Best part is that he even believed it and he is asking me how can you talk like this .
All of this back biting and bitterness I have never observed in my life in the companies u worked in
