Worst IT team in the world
TCS IT team is the worst in the world alongside their policies and the bad UI. they made me run around the entire day just to get a couple software installed. made me get approvals from 2 levels and after that said that it's incorrect and asked me to raise request again. why can't they just give a dump like other firms with approved OSS? Really frustrating
I have seen associates sitting on floors and working at my location 😂 billion dollar profits all going in pockets of these soo call big heads of the company. They are exploiting associates at every level😂 God knows what will happen in coming months
Aise associates ko C bolte hai. When we joined in 2019, even we faced the same situation. Kaam mt kro sb arrange krega yelog.
Mostly I think they are gonna die
Its such a mess. Pretty soon everything will go for a toss.
