Trending @Capgemini; Worst increment after COVID

I have been getting increment since last 3 years

March 2023 - B2 Grade with 2 rating with 0% hike (Reason : because you have joined with a good hike in 2022)

March 2024 - B2 Grade with 1 rating with 1% hike(Reason : Company is going to normalise the salaries of all)

July 2024(Promotion)- B2 to C1 Grade with 4%(They are trying to retain with promotion still 4% it is normally less than the yearly increment in any company)

March 2025 - C1 Grade with 3 Rating with 2% hike (Reason for rating : after promotion they will not be able to give a good rating even after you've done a good job. Reason for hike : Company's result is not good so do not expect a good hike)

Do anyone know what is the escalation matrix for hike issue??

I didn't even get an increment letter. Reason: My salary is highest in the C1 band. Crap!

No i didn't resign, but I just asked for resignation. So they have promoted in the first quarter. And increased my salary inbetween the year around 4%. First time I have seen in promotion I have got less then 10% increment

Same here.. joined in 2022.. no hike in 2023 1.5% in 2024 but in that 50% was due to Insurance and the got promotion from C1 to C2 with 5% hike and now just 4% hike
