Trending @Accenture; Worst HRs

Accenture honestly has the worst HRs possible. If they fire these good for nothing HRs instead of competent deserving developers probably they will have more budget for hikes and promotions. They are there for nothing but to sit and say cant help. My HR is cant type sorry over mail her writing style is in texting language OVER FORMAL EMAILS. Worst than any sarkari employee.

Imagine my situation where I need to fight for temp accommodation during joining. HR was saying - because I've got location of my preference, I'm not eligible for temp accommodation of 2 weeks. I said - hell I would have joined you if you wouldn't have provided the location of my choice. Also, the opening for the post was for the same city, it is absurd that you would have hired me for some other location than the mentioned city location. I told give me your supervisor's detail, let me have a chat with her about what's there is policy and what's not.
She couldn't argue with me dropped the call.

Did I get accommodation? Not immediately but after 5 days. Where did I get? 30 km away from my base location office where I've to report on daily basis. I didn't checked in there because it was just a shitty thing done by them, giving accommodation 30 to 35 km away from my actual location where I've to travel, pay for my travel (she was saying that get it paid from your project like project manager is my sasur), find permanent location near actual office etc.

I dropped mail immediately stating that give me accommodation somewhere near to my base location , as I haven't checked in there, they didn't take any action and at last said - we can't extend the accommodation period for you. That HR forgot tha fact that "I HAVEN'T EVEN CHECKED IN TO THAT HOTEL, HOW THE HELL SHE CAN SAY I'VE AVAILED THE ACCOMMODATION? "

This was my worst Onboarding experience. I decided to write about my Onboarding experience in survey but my writeup exceeded the word limit. I thought why wasting my energy because they will just successfully ignore any inputs like their life and decision that they make.

From that day, I started making stereotypical comments about HR very often. The hell with anybody who says don't generalize everything, there are good HRs also. Answer is NO.

All those idealistic post that we see in the lala land of linkedin, HRs are one of the top players in spreading those utopian idea of selecting candidate by giving them more than asked CTC, endorsing claim that inform candidates after getting rejected etc etc.

I've destroyed many HRs in my argument and will keep on doing so, to let them know - either they need to up their game, work with some brains or they will be subjected to humiliation by the use of sheer logic and will feel that the whole world is smarter and more valuable than them...

One of my friends, rejected a support role as an analyst, level 11 in search of a development role. HR called and grilled badly with unprofessional conversation on top of that. Is this normal here, at least they should mind how they communicate things.
