Accenture hike cycle completely differs, I’ve shared a statement for one of my reportee who’s performance is worst and got a lot of escalations and got 7% hike in sub level movement last Sep 2024. And other reportee who is star performer and received 5% hike in same sub level movement in Sep 2024.

Sep is not 10 years back it is just 2 months back that to depends on FY 24 impacts on it.
