Worst health issue corporate life gifted you?
27M PM here. I literally have the spine of a 60 year old right now because sitting 11 hours a day staring at Jira tickets completely wrecked my lower back. Add severe GERD to that because my diet is basically black coffee and whatever garbage I order at 9 PM when I'm still stuck at work kya bolein.. My hairline is receding faster than my CTC is growing and honestly idk if this hustle is even worth it anymore. We talk about packages and ESOPs all day but nobody mentions the chronic insomnia and popping Pan-D every morning just to survive the daily standup without throwing up. It's just depressing seeing my body age 10 years in the last 3 years of working. What's the worst physical or mental damage this rat race has given you guys?

100% agree bhai. We get so caught up chasing the next promo that we forget health is the actual wealth. Need to start setting boundaries ASAP.
