Worst Firm ever to work with
I am a IIT IIM alumnus and trust me TCS is the worst firm to work with. Having worked with 2 MNCs earlier this company just sucks in their employee policies. If someone goes through the annual report they mention employee centricity as one of the key values for the firm, what an irony.
I am a IIM campus hire and they spread all kinds of lies on campus to promote TCS. Their Managing Partner is an accomplice in this. Neither have I got good projects nor any help even in adverse situations.
It doesnt take an IIM alumnus to find that. What took you so long bruh.

And trust me these guys are too good when coming to B-Schools they give good packages really good ones indeed but then they ensure that you learn as minimal as you could so that you aren't able to switch easily and they can get away with giving you minimal hikes while cashing on the IIM tag.
Simple solution: Mr.IIM alumnus If you don't like just move on. Since you are an Mr.IIM alumni it's just a piece of cake to get another job. Hope this helps Mr.IIM alumni. FYI, TCS is one of the mega companies in the IT industry in the world. So we have to go with the flow instead of complaining. I was also faced with the same policies. BTW, I joined TCS a month ago.
Simple fact is top management is pathetic. They were born to do jhadu pocha but ended up managing this firm. They simply cannot think beyond their true calling.
In fact the top management is so so bureaucratic and they just don't like anyone having dissenting opinions
Yes...here you will not get any knowledge ....only very few projects are there ...and there also very lean and slow work and management is so worse...location criteria for candidates are also worse...hikes are not there they will make you realise that you are now no longer able to switch or survive anywhere so work for them at low salary and there work goes on...🫠
