Worst experience with IBM.

After all rounds cleared successfully during HR discussion for offer she told they can't offer more than my current. If that was the case why can't they inform initially before taking interview.

This happened to me with Deloitte usi - Hyderabad. The HR was rude and said this is the band we pay to current employees. I know she was lying since my friend also works there. Fucking HR team, they are fit for nothing. Not sure why companies pay them.

But I was not going to leave them this easily. I accepted the offer. Just 1 day before the joining date, I dropped them the email that I will not join. Didn't mention reason.

The HR called me and she was very angry, she said she would blacklist me in future. I was again smart, recorded the call, sent a follow-up email with the attached voice recording and tagged that HR describing the behaviour.

I think you should also do that same.

Don't worry about future, if you believe in your skill you can get job anywhere. Let IBM blacklist. Don't care about it.
