Worst Experience with Amazon

I've recently interviewed with Amazon, and the experience was shit. Although I exceeded all the expectations set, I was Not hired because they had made that specific role for internal candidates only. Why do these people waste our time if they have no intention in hiring outside people... Such a waste..
