I resigned capgemini in the last week of April. This was my first computer of my career. But I faced to much difficulties in this organisation. The Manager as well as the HR and team members were not at all good . They ruined all my career, did not approve any privileges leaves, the working culture was also not good at all I have to work 2 hour more than the shift timing and at last when it was time for my first career review and hike, My manager gave me the worst remarks and ruined and broke my hopes. He gave me need performance remarks kad gave me 1.5 % hike. In the last when I resigned he gave me the worst remarks like need performance, need soft skill training, need to work on his communication skill, need to come office 12 days a month and many more.
