WORST EXPERIENCE I AM GETTING IN TCS ....
I had an experience of 2 years in TCS where I got a good project I thought but after joining un this project I got to know there is no holiday 🙃 bcz we have to work on weekends also to met the delivery dates . I am suffering from some family problems I discussed with my manager 3 to 4 times about give the nearest location to my hometown where I can support to my family in there difficult situations but my manager is not at accepting any excuses and hr to .. This is what we corporate guys are getting after doing the job sincerely and dedicationly can someone please suggest me what to do , they are not even giving release,transfer from project .. Can someone please suggest anything ?.....
My small suggestion is to drop an email to your manager while looping HR. Attach all documents to whatever is needed and ask clearly to release you from this project if you can't support during this situation
I have the mailtrail that I told my all situation what I am and my family is being suffering from and I attached the medical documents of my father that he had paralysis history in past dye to hypertension and high Bp but they mailed me like tcs empanel doctors told its not serious issue so you need to come back to base location although I am reporting from hyderabad location daily and I kept head HR , mangar HR but I didn't got any response regarding that
It's the same for the Hyderabad location. Even I am struggling to get Lucknow location, after submitting documents they say there is nothing serious. According to them if we are breathing then we have no problem.
If ODC is not available employee can get the WFH option, just to harass employees physically and mentally this kind of stubbornness TCS is showing.
Use your Earned leave take 20 days leave.
In case a project insurgency manager is bound to hire a new associate which is not possible as 5 days is enough to sink the project. So the manager has only 2 options either he will provide you your nearest seat office or provide WFH.
Same situation with me...I joined from ML and I need family support to continue..I did not get transfer and hence I ask for release after fighting for a year almost I got release now I am in RMG and looking for project where I can work from my hometown but not getting because it's a non metro small city....still I am trying
