Trending @Accenture; Worst company to work for

Working in Accenture for 3.6 years in same level and no promotion. People who joined 2-3 years after me are getting promoted to my level or above than mine. What one has to do get promoted? That too in S&C the situation is very bad. Too much politics and pressure and leveraging employees for work but when it comes to promotion or Vp discussion they become dumb.

Level 7 & above folks are just bench warmers with no skillset and purely depends on reportees who work for them and ask them to talk to clients and we have to bring projects and they will take credit for it. There are some so called BU leads who make derogatory comments and simply useless are getting promoted or moving outside India for better opportunities.

Trust me it's not worth staying or working for these useless and unfaithful idiots. Better move to another company at least.
