I was recently tagged to a project, but when I asked whom to contact for more information, no one seemed to know. I kept reaching out to different people, but they either ghosted me or redirected me. When I finally got the contact of the right person, he wasn’t even aware that I had been tagged. He gave me a quick KT session, but after that, there’s been complete silence.
Despite sending multiple emails and messages, I haven’t received any response. If there’s no actual requirement on the project, I don’t understand why people are being tagged. This seems to be happening quite often, and it’s very frustrating. What’s the point of assigning us if there's no clarity or follow-up?
Even the RMG is also not responding.

Most of the people feel guilt to get amount by sitting idle, it's a kinda psychological feeling built in mind the situation may become worst , going forward, and something happens which never expected bla bla bla

Yes, I see that happening very frequently. People just point out to others and the worst part is that no one acknowledges it, let alone taking responsibility.
I agree Resources scheduling and routing is not proper.

Yes,majorly you are in shadow period and won't get to work in reality for atleast 5 months,It's same for mmostly everyone and you need to focus on other things till then,be free
