I have close to 15 years or experience in finance planning. From past 2.5 years i got a salary hike of 1.5% and asking for SM promotion but i am being told for next levels need leadership skill, i am a single contributor, now if i ask for a team to prove myself but explanation given leadership skill can be proven without a team. I am very confused now, also afer coming to kolkata i stop getting interview call also. Not sure how to handle this.
