Worst and cunning management

Hi All

I have been working on 1 project for over 1.5 years+ when they had taken me no one in the project helped me for KT and management doesn't care about that. Later I slowly acquired all the project knowledge and within no time I picked up.After some days existing team members left the project. Now I am the person who knows about the project.For the new joiners I am only the person who provided all the KT and helping them for getting the access and so on. Here the people who are coming to our project are leaving immediately gain new people are coming and so on.

Finally we got a good team and worked collaboratively and I helped them for pickup upto the mark. Even I got many client appreciations emails. I had worked overnight even any issues were came during late night.

Till here it's fine, but unfortunately I got to know that they are releasing me from the project. The entire project team knows my knowledge and working skills and how I handled the project when project is almost going to collapse as no one left. But in the project release meeting manager and delivery manager speaking about another person and said he worked in late night, I understood that all of the project management made me side and they releasing me.

I have no problem for releasing me from the project but they are releasing me in September and only 3 months left for new appraisal process initiation and you guys know how the situation within the TCS currently, if I failed to get into the project with in 35 days I will be out of the company. Management has taken all my strength, energy, time in upgrading the project, and now they are saying instructions came from top tcs management to release me.

I worked on over 4 technologies within the 4.5 years but not a master of any technology, I want to learn a new technology which is hot cake in current market but I need time as I need to start from scratch that's why I am not able to shift the company now.

Guys please tell is it due to internal politics that they had sided me and left me in middle of the ocean?

Please guide me in latest technologies with less coding and help me in handling current situation atleast sustain 3 to 4 months in tcs. Please help me........
