Yes, I know, you are right. We can't say no each time. Some time when things are not in our favour, we should respect others like hr & mgr 's decision as well. Although we should try to explain & put our points but even after that if they are not agree with us, than we have to respect their decision as well

I dont think you should take it as tcs is safe or not. You cant work, you are pretty much doomed everywhere.
If you are unallocated then you should seriously look for the type of project you want to get in few days. If you cant find then put your paper and search for somewhere else.
I know its very difficult but thats the truth of service industry. No need to be panic for this type of messege.
People used to forget how to maintain relationship with other peoples. Make connection and you will get the best of the project you want.

Bro looks like you have not reported to rmg anytime. I was working as test lead for last 4 years having 12 yrs of overall experience in functional and automation. I told them I am looking for a test lead role or even open to work as a team member if opportunity is given in TOSCA
But they sent me a mail to attend drive which I did got interviewed and then without asking me my profile was blocked and the worst thing I was not even told about my role there and was asked to report.
They pushed me in a project that too at client location for API and DB testing on which I do not even hold a single day of experience and working with 2-4 yr experienced guys
I don't suggest to put your paper until you get any offer. If you do so, it will be risky
People are starting to wish violent deaths for few TCS HRs and RMGs. Wielders of petty power have made TCS one of the most toxic workplaces ever.
Why he received that message? I used to be unallocated several times, but never got such types of email, Yes many years ago I was on bench for 6 months, Then Rmg side one senior person called me to meet and orally told almost similar kind of things, but they never took any action. Here it looks like, your friend intentionally tried to avoid to accept some project and spend long time on bench,and he might got caught and had might had some discussion with Rmg, after that they send this message to him. I am just guessing You might know the actual reason, which you can share here.
I met a guy during my bench period, He straight denied every project and account for 2 years and got salary from tcs until one day TCS stopped paying him and then he started reporting back to RMG.
Rmg knows it very well. When they stopped the salary, then you will not have any other option, rather than to meet them

This type of mails comes up when rmg repeatedly calls u to report and that manager maybe at a different location nd ur not going to that location of rmg
Plus ur rejecting project directly indirectly linked to ur tech stack wht so ever reason maybe like onsite or outside india opportunity. This is mainly the reason.
Or maybe u just want some free time to give interviews or such
This type of mail never happens. In my project a giy joined after remaining 5 months on bench he never got any mail he just kept on reporting to the location where his rmg was and stayed in office 6,7 hrs whole 5 days nothing happened.
