Trending @Capgemini; Worried about getting PIP

Hello all, I am a sap pp consultant (just got promoted to B1). I was in project consecutively for 23 months (May 2023- April 2025) where as i joined as a fresher in CG sept 2022 Catch is now I didn’t worked on my primary SAP skill that is SAP PP And neither they gave me opportunities to configure the system Now as i am on bench i am getting project calls and all they are asking have you done any configuration and as i say no they just reject me on the basis of configuration They don’t see that i am learning configuration and didn’t worked on any configuration. Feeling very demotivated for rejecting in 3 project calls Can you please suggest me what to do?
