Let me know i work in cognizant for the past 6.5 years and im having a hard time. I am underpaid here and im waiting for my promotion from A to SA. Hardly its 9lpa as of now. This quarter they have promised for promotion. Do you guys face anything like this. What should i do to get paid in market standards. Pour your suggestions

Promotion is not something by default just cuss one has been in a company for many years. Upskill your self and switch companies. Even if you get promotion it’s going to be 20-30% hike but if you switch you can get 50-100% hike depending on the company and role
Where they are giving hike of 30% in promotion. Hardly 10-20% based on buckets. Percent will be higher based on if package is low.
