Trending @Cognizant; Worried about cognizant’s indirect layoffs
It’s been 7mnths since I joined cognizant and allocate to a project.. but after seeing the bench policy and forcing employees to resign.. I feel like I can lose my job any time.. have to look for a stable company..
So am planning to search jobs after completion of 1year in cts.. Is it a wise decision? Can we switch company with just 1year.. will it affect our reputation
