Trending @Accenture; Worried !! What will happen next ??
I've been at Accenture for the last 7 years, and I have not received VP for the first time.
In Feb 2025 I got released from my last project and joined a new one, but my last manager has given negative comments , the outcome of which is ZERO VP.
Are they planning to put me on PIP?
As per my understanding, if there is no VP, then PIP might happen.
Friends, I need one more piece of advice also.
During Covid time, when I returned home, I joined my father's business, and now I'm earning 4x in business what I'm getting here at Accenture.
And because of which I'm not able to pay attention to the office, like every 7-8 months I get released from the project as I'm not even giving 50%, and this has been happening for the last 3 years .
Business-wise I'm satisfied, and I have no regrets. If I get hikes or VP , I felt bad only for a few minutes.
I need genuine advice. Should I quit Accenture and focus on business only or work till they throw me out of the organization?
Being at level 10 for the last 50 months, I received a 3% hike and 10% VP in the Dec cycle.
Focus on your business. Grow it 10x.
You'll be happy and satisfied. In Accenture, even if you work 16 hours, someone somewhere will always give a negative review.
But while resigning don't say you have a business. Just say you're resigning because of no vp and less pay.

Ohh ,I have seen many Shop of this kirana trading (not kirana store/typically,means they have huge qty), so you are in this business, how you guys make money I know about u sell it to other people at a margin, but whom ,like who are you customer how much do you earn from business alone, sry I asked details but I am just intrested I also want to do business apart from job
Also just an advice. Please don't worry. You already have your own business. Relax. You'll do great. Trust yourself
What does performancr outcome say?
In rewards portal the statement is not showing for JUNE 2025 which Means no VP and I have received salary also no VP component in that
In Workday I received negative comments again my priority,
There is no escalating from client or project end just basic criticism like login late , not working on proficiency.
I'm my last project I used to resolve tickets but they want to get involved in every issue , take up task before assignments

Focus on business and do bare minimum at accenture
Thanks !! Should I resign now or wait till organization fires me. Sooner or later this will happen for sure. Being a senior resource with almost 9 years of IT experience I know I'm not giving what is expected by the organization.

Don't resign, let Accenture fire you. Till Accenture is paying salary, enjoy. when Accenture stops paying salary focus on business.
Lots of my friends are doing the same thing, not even going to the office. They are just enjoying the free salary given by Accenture, without much work.
Join the business man. In fact I am planning the same in the upcoming 4-5 years. Currently my father is handling this business.
