Workplace Pressure and Appraisal Concerns
My manager is insisting that I highlight his technical expertise in emails (which he doesn't have) to the client, but I’m not comfortable doing so. However, I’m concerned that refusing might negatively impact my appraisal.
What should I do?

If you have enough dependency created in project, don't highlight. As simple as that, play game.
