Workplace pressure and appraisal concerns
My manager is insisting that I highlight his technical expertise in emails (which he doesn’t have) to the client, but I’m not comfortable doing so. However, I’m concerned that refusing might negatively impact my appraisal.
What should I do?
No need to mention anything over mail if you are not comfortable.. if he is stil forcing you.. you can ask him what do you want to mention you can mail me and I can send it across.. and use that as proof if required going ahead..

I think this issue can be raised via the HR help desk.. We've been informed about the same during initial training. Not sure if it's truly anonymous tho
Want to understand why your manager wants to do so of sending his technical skills to the client by mail??
