Working with multiple companies
Hello guys, I need some help im ML engineer in a xyz company with 13.5 in hand salary. And most of the time i free remote work, I want to work with other companies to get more salary. But whenever I get call recruiters ask me what's your notice period, thing is I dont want to leave my first company what's the idea to work with multiple companies help me out
Thanks, my current company never mind it but recruiters does also im capable of doing multiple jobs at a time thing is I need more money if I can work for 5 companies then I can have 1cr annual income. This growth will indirectly help other companies as I will have wide domain experience. And currently im handling company projects, my own projects, kaggle projects too
Check if your company allows moonlighting.
You can join another company but you will need to share that you are working at your current company. Permissions are given in Indian if it's related to hobby. Two full time developer jobs unlikely as you will not be able to do justice to both.
