Working with HCL Team is a horrifying experience

Working with HCL employees has been consistently frustrating due to a lack of basic corporate courtesy.

Meeting invites are often sent last-minute, without checking availability, titled vaguely as “Discussion,” and accompanied by a “Please join.” No context. No agenda. No effort to collaborate respectfully.

This isn’t an isolated issue — it’s a recurring pattern, and frankly, it’s unprofessional. We owe each other better standards of communication and respect for time.
