Drop the resignation and try to apply job outside, within 3 months you should have job in your hand. If you don't have take paper back . One of my friends done same in bps1 he got job .

Yes I trying now to apply job outside, but as per the I reporting to rmg, I can't drop resignation. If I drop they will release me at one day without notice period.
