Working on Sunday

I'm with 3 years of experience and doing a support project. Working in rotational shifts. Don't have time to learn any other skill. It seems I spoiled my career by joining as a fresher here. My current in hand salary is 26k per month even after 3 years. I'm crying a lot and can't decide what to do next. Even today I'm going to office to give support on weekend. Can any one have a suggestion for me to come out of this hell like situation.
