Trending @Infosys; Working on Sunday as well without compensation - need advice

Hey all I'm new to infosys and have 2 yoe, now the question is how to make sure I don't work on sundays.

Asked manager he said- It's part of project and not possible to stop and also no compensation since the project don't have it

I don't wanna sit in bench but also working on Sunday feels like burning out and demotivating I know I'm not gonna get any compensation
